If we arrive around 10AM can we leave our luggage there until our checking time? So that we can go around to get to know what’s near by?
There is a possibility to store your luggage in our office, from 12:00 pm, if your arrival is during the week, from Monday to Friday. Thank you for your understanding.
Is there a place to keep languages on our last day, as we r leaving Paris on Saturday 5th at 5:00 pm.
Our office is closed on Saturdays but we have a restaurant right downstairs that can hold your luggage on the day of your departure until 7:00 pm. As soon as the reservation is validated, we will give you their contact information.

Hi do you have a washing machine with dryer in the room ? And how do I get to CDG airport from your hotel by train or taxi ?
Yes, all the apartments are equiped with a combinated washing/dryer machine and also a dishwasher. The best way from the airport is to take a taxi ( Flat rate around 50 €) because train is not direct and quite complicated.

YES, with your personnal access codes, you can check-in whenever you want after 3 pm on your arrival day, even after midnight.

Hi manager, we are planning to stay in your apartment from 21-23 December, do you provide an area to store our luggage after we check out? Asking because we bought a train ticket at 7pm on the same day
There is no dedicated luggage room but for your convenience, we can store your luggage in our office from Monday to Friday. So no worries if your departure is on a Friday.
Do you have room services everyday.. mainly cleaning?
The daily cleaning is not included but you can have it with an extra cost.
Is there an easy way to get to the Eiffel Tower?

Hi,would the location of this apt be good for a family with 3 kids (8, 6 and 4)?We would be visiting the Eiffel Tower, Seine river cruises etc.
Of course, our location is very central, less than 10mn by walk from Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. The metro station is downstairs the building and it's very easy to go...almost everywhere is Paris ! To the Eiffel tower : Bus is direct (Line 82) Reg
